My download is taking a long time, why is this?
The files contained in each Digital Resource Pack vary in size from just a few MBs to over 1GB. Depending on the file you are downloading and your internet connection speed, your download may take longer than you expect. Please make sure you do not navigate away from the page once a download has begun as you will interrupt the download but this will still count as one of your 5 allocated downloads for each file.
I've tried downloading the file but it says I've reached my limit, what does this mean?
Each file within your Digital Resource Pack can be downloaded a maximum of 5 times. Once you have reached this limit you will not be able to download them again. Please note, if you download the entire contents of the pack in the ZIP file this will count as one of your 5 downloads. If you would still like to download content after this point please purchase another Digital Resource Pack.
